Over 45 Years of Combined Experience

Shawn and Larry have both been in the remodeling industry for over 20 years each. They founded Modern Renovations in 2016 and have since been helping the community ever since. They are also part of one of the biggest commercial projects in the Eastern Panhandle which is a historical preservation and remodel of the Foundry in Martinsburg, WV.

Modern Renovations has quickly become the tri-state areas go to for all exterior remodeling services.

Meet the owners

Shawn Wolford

A navy veteran and remodeling expert. Shawn grew up in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. After his service he went into the remodeling industry. First buying homes, remodeling and then reselling. His experience in the real estate business and remodeling industry is what lead him to a roofing and siding company. His love of upgrading the old to new is what brought about Modern Renovations

Modern Renovations was created to give the people a company that they can trust based on its structure and organization. We provide the utmost integrity in everything we touch.

Larry Demarco

Growing up in the Shenandoah Valley and working in the roofing and siding business for 19 years, his entire career he knew there had to be a better way of handling the overall customer experience but no company he worked with felt the need to change. When Shawn and Larry crossed paths, their ideology and passion for this industry sparked the birth of Modern Renovations.

With over 20 years of roofing experience, I have seen it all and done it all. When we do a project, we know what we need to do in order to do it right. We treat every customer the same, no matter how big or small the project. Go with us and you won't regret it.
