I grew up in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle and served in the U.S. Navy before building a career in real estate and remodeling. Over the years, I saw the same story play out again and again—homeowners paying good money and still feeling let down.
I started Modern Renovations to be the opposite of that experience: a company built on trust, integrity, and clear communication. Today, my focus is helping homeowners protect and transform their properties with solutions that make sense for real families, not just spreadsheets.
